Preventing Workplace Injury, Pain & Opioid Use: A training for Massachusetts Employers
Health Resources in Action, in collaboration with MA Department of Public Health (MDPH), is offering a new free one-hour webinar for employers. For the first several offerings of the training, MDPH is seeking feedback from employers to make it as effective as possible.
Massachusetts workers have been hard hit by the opioid epidemic and this one-hour training is meant to support employers in preventing opioid use in the workplace. This training will cover the following topics: how to create workplace culture focused on reducing injuries and illness, prevent pain and opioid use, and help those in recovery.
The webinar, “Preventing Workplace Injury, Pain & Opioid Use: A training for Massachusetts Employers” will be offered multiple times during the month of April 2021:
- Wednesday, April 7 from 10-11am – REGISTER
- Tuesday, April 13 from 3-4pm – REGISTER
- Thursday, April 22 from 10-11am – REGISTER
- Thursday, April 29 from 12-1pm – REGISTER
